Important Note Before Registration

1. Each Accepted paper needs registration by at least one of its authors for publication.

2. Registration fees do not include travel expenses.

3. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of Co-authors or from the same institute/organization.

4. Full paper registration fees do not include APC. Please refer to the below note for more details.


Important Note to Authors of Full Paper Registration

ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). For conferences publishing in this new model, all ICPS papers will be published Open Access (OA). Many authors will qualify for free OA publishing, while others will be required to pay an applicable article processing charge (APC). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a full geographic waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of Co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to Conference Secretary.

Cancellations received before November 10, 2025, refund 70% registration fee.
Cancellations received after November 10, 2025, before December 10, 2025, refund 60% registration fee.
Cancellations received after December 10, 2025, no refund.

 

Personal Reason

The ICCDE cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

 

Force Majeure

The ICCDE cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.

Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
